No customs clearance at the sea port or airport: No documentation or payment of duty is required at any Seaport or airport while importing, exporting, or re-exporting. Duty deferment up to two years: Duty-free storage of the goods at the FTWZ without payment of duty for up to two years Clearance from FTWZ is allowed on a piece-by-piece basis, and duty is payable only on the goods cleared from FTWZ.
